Understanding Transitions in the Early Years
The What, Why and How

During this session we will reflect on what we mean by ‘transition’, and why it is important that everyone involved has a consistent understanding of the implications:

  • How we use language, and what we mean by it. Do all the children understand? Do the adults?
  • The power of the environment How are we all using it?
  • Considering all involved. And this means the families too
