My Consultancy Services

I offer a broad range of Consultancy services across the Early Years sector, Reception and Year One.

All of my work begins with an element of Consultancy as I prefer to start my services with an initial phone call. Prior to COVID-19, this would be followed by a visit. I hope, once provisions are more freely open, that this will also be possible again.

My Consultancy work is bespoke. My preference is to work directly with my clients, their staff and also where applicable, with their children. I like to really get to know people, build relationships, work out where support is needed and share my observations. It is important to work together to find appropriate solutions and ways to implement them that are sustainable and comfortable.

I particularly value honest, open and transparent discussion, so that I can really understand the teams I am working with and to build a relationship based on trust and mutual respect.

My support doesn't stop when I leave the provision and I actively encourage the teams that I work with to stay in contact with me so I can support them with any questions or queries they may have moving forward.

Real Alternatives in Year One

Real Alternatives in Year One is an Action Research Project I have developed. It takes place over one academic year and is designed to develop alongside the needs and interests of the schools and teams taking part.
